What are “bingo wings” ??
Oh, never heard it called that. I’m working on that also. I have aerobic tapes and some of them use weights. I’m shown to stand tall, lift elbows behind you, slightly below shoulder blades, then push weights out behind you. do several times.
also take weights, put hands together over head and slowly with control let weights drop down around neck position backwards. I can feel both exercises work at the spot intended to work, but have always heard that spot exercising does not work as well as all over conditioning. hope this helped some. I work out with Leslie Samsone tapes. really like her style.

The best tip I ever got was to do plank holds. Try to do 5 to 10 a day.

Bingo Wings….ROTFLMAO!!! That funny! I have never heard that term…..anyways…. slimming stomach, cardio (like walking) for 30 min. a day PLUS some stomach targeted strength training (cruntches), should help you lose weight and tone abdomen slowly and effectively so that you can maintain it. Be advised, nothing is instantly gratifing…it will take time.
As for the…bingo wings…lol….use 5 pound weights and do lifts to your sides and back behind your head called a tricep Seated One-Arm Dumbbell Extensions. See Reference!!
By warming up before any physical activity, not only can you improve your performance, you also reduce the risk of injury. Start your workout session by doing a light form of exercise for about 5-10 minutes. Stretch your muscles following this 5- to 10-minute warm-up.
