I have a pretty all round nice figure but my arms seem to be quite large in proportion to the rest of my body. Whats the best techniques to get rid of these?

Get a chair and sit on it. Then grip the sides near the front and lower your body off the chair forwards. A bit like doing press ups with your arms behind you . It’s not as hard as it sounds. Just make sure the chair cant move.

I have the same issue and I am about to start lifting weights. I will start with little weights. (ones that you can wrap around your wrists) This way I can carry them while I am walking on the treadmill or biking. This helped to my friend as well.
